I am extremely impressed with the Customer Service and expertise of Bremerton Transmission and Automotive! Everyone here treats you like family well, better than family! I had an alternator problem, I spoke with David on the phone, and he got me in that day. After Mike performed the diagnostic testing, allowing me to see what he was seeing, he determined it was the alternator. They ordered it and were able to replace it. Due to the fact I brought my vehicle in late in the day, it spent the night at their shop, locked up and protected. At every point, the guys explained the issue, the fix, and the cost. Thought truck was having tramission issues. They got it right in and found it was just bad miss on engine. Fixed it promptly, performed needed some services and the price was great! Truck runs like a champ
