Looked at my vehicle and diagnosed a preliminary plan and cost. Immediately contacted me with an updated deeper problem with options of fixes. They chose the better of the two and a medium cost increase. Prompt service and notifications!

I would like to say that after leaving the dealership and being told that my transmission has failed and quoted me out over $6000 to replace . I was skeptical about it . I paid for the diagnostic from Bremerton Transmission and was very pleased with the results . I would have to say the professionalism and keeping me informed through the whole process made me feel at ease . I would highly reccomend this shop to anyone that needs transmission work.

After checking our vehicle, David and Bremerton transmission told us they would perform the transmission service if we really wanted it, but said it wasn't really necessary at this time. They could have just done the service and taken our money, we would not have known the difference. Nice to find a business that still values reputation over dollars. While their prices have gone up quite a bit...as always we received excellent service, and customer service. The employees go above and beyond to explain what is going on with the vehicle, while being extremely transparent as to possible costs for the scenarios that we discuss...Keep on doing a great job folks...it is appreciated
