While their prices have gone up quite a bit...as always we received excellent service, and customer service. The employees go above and beyond to explain what is going on with the vehicle, while being extremely transparent as to possible costs for the scenarios that we discuss...Keep on doing a great job folks...it is appreciated

After I ran over a curb I could hear a grinding noise on the passenger side of my Ford. I had taken it to 2 other repair shops and neither could find the cause. I took my car to Bremerton Transmission and their superior staff found the source of the problem and quickly made repairs. Their work was high quality and the staff was courteous and professional.

They got me in next day, turns out my car had more issues than I realized. They replaced everything faster than expected and were as friendly as ever. Quite an unassuming place, but definitely trust Bremerton Transmission with my vehicle!! Thank you!!

When we broke down on our roadtrip from Vancouver BC to Los Angeles, we thought we were toast and would have to turn back just as we were getting started. But the team at Bremerton got us fixed up and back on the road so quickly we were able to salvage the trip. The service was excellent and fast. The team communicated frequently and clearly. These guys did a great job on my son's truck. They were able to get us in for repairs quickly and did what they could to try and save us a little money on a major repair. Had a minor setback when we went to pick it up the first time and they were quick to get on it and diagnose the problem to fix it. Hopefully we won't need to go back but if we do I am confident they'll take care of us again.

David did a wonderful job troubleshooting Ryan's issue! He was very happy with the help and the work that was done.

Fantastic job here. All down to a science and no one is trying serve you items you don't need. It is a family business so everyone has worked there for years and are committed to a doing a good job.
