This the first time I have personally used Bremerton Transmission and Automotive for inspections and repair. I decided to use them base on the overall 5 star rating my family has given this company. Also I have friends who are impressed with their knowledge and repair ethics. My vehicle went in for a brake inspection/repair if needed. Turns out my brakes were not needing replaced, but some adjustment were necessary. There was no attempt to upsell me something that I didn't need! Very happy customer and the cost for this work was very reasonable.

Thank you, Ron, for choosing Bremerton Transmissions and Automotive, based on the recommendations of your family and friends. We're delighted to learn that you had a positive experience with us. Our team takes pride in their knowledge and integrity when it comes to repairs. We're glad that we were able to address your brake concerns without upselling unnecessary repairs. Thank you for your kind words, and we look forward to serving you again in the future!

Honest, fast, and top-notch work. This transmission shop absolutely knocked it out of the park. They kept me updated the whole time, explained everything clearly, and somehow finished the job earlier than expected (which never happens with car repairs). The work was solid, the communication was even better, and the whole experience was refreshingly stress-free. If you need transmission work done right the first time, these are the people to go to. Highly recommend

As always, we were very impressed with the service and integrity of Bremerton Transmission. They did the work that I asked them to do and looked for any other problems as I requested as we are planning a long trip. They could have told me that I needed more extensive work, but didn't. We have learned through many years that you will.get.only good advice from Mike and his crew, and their prices are fair. We don't take our vehicles to any other shop.

Thank you, Doug, for the kind words! We're glad to hear that you were impressed with our service and integrity. It's our priority to address your specific needs and provide honest recommendations. We appreciate your continued trust in us and look forward to serving you again in the future!
